At Village Manor, Dignity in Life is a
simple phrase that describes our mission. It means we actively promote
a resident's sense of self-worth and self-respect. Habits, such as
knocking on a resident's door before entering, providing choices in
whirlpool bathing times, and involving able residents in their own
care plan, help to sustain a person's sense of control and dignity. We
also actively promote a sense of self-worth and self respect to all
who enter our doors.

Peace of mind comes from having Village
Manor's professional staff available 24 hours a day. We have continuous nursing care
and staff
to ensure quality care. At Village Manor, we spend more than
two-thirds of our operating costs on staffing to help us guarantee
excellent care.

Quality of life means we will provide a
living environment that radiates love, peace, spiritual contentment,
dignity, and safety. Whenever possible, we work to restore health,
helping each resident become more independent and perhaps even return
home. By listening to residents and their family members, we design a

Home to Ours
To make transitions from home easier,
Village Manor has been designed like a cozy, comfortable residence.
Our private and companion rooms can be decorated and furnished with
items from home. A familiar desk, picture or favorite recliner can add
just the right touch of comfort.
Once a resident has moved in to Village
Manor, we
encourage families and friends to visit often and to participate in
planned activities or social events.

In a season of life that brings many
challenges, you and your family will need support. At Village Manor,
residents and family members are surrounded by professional staff who
truly care about each individual. Additional support is provided by
volunteers who visit, encourage, help with activities, or conduct
religious services.
